I’ve selected the Guarantor loan option; I can’t find a guarantor, what can I do?

Don’t worry, you’ve a couple of options. You can switch to our Personal loan option by calling our Customer Services Team on 0333 004 8000. Or, if you’d prefer to stay with the guarantor loan option, we’ll hold your application for 30 days whilst you find the right guarantor. You can change to the Personal loan option during this time.
